Course Description

This Fire Marshal course aims to provide participants with theoretical knowledge on how to select and correctly use fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment, how to identify and operate a fire protection/ extinguisher and to understand and recognise fire safety risks and to know how to respond in an emergency. At the end of this half day course delegates will have an understanding their Fire Warden role and responsibilities within the company in the event of fire.

Who is the course intended for?
Business owners, Fire Wardens/Fire Marshals and deputy Fire Wardens/Fire Marshals and any managers or employees with responsibilities for fire safety within their organisation.

Training methodology:

This course is classroom based and instructor led programme which uses a range of fire scenarios and hands-on training on the use of fire extinguishers.

Accreditation/Certification:
The successful participants will be awarded with Amber Safety Certificate of Completion valid for 3 years.
